An absolute pleasure getting away in our own backyard. Witches Falls Cottages is an absolute gem we are so pleased to have discovered on Tamborine Mountain.

Your hosts Witches Falls Cottages Team add so many personalised touches, a stay here is hands down far and above the standards of any International 5 Star Resort.

We loved our winter getaway in front of the fire so much, we almost don’t want to submit this review in case we can’t book next year!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay very private and secluded the room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable.

The owners are very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast hampers were perfect and the smell of homemade bread every morning in your hamper was just delicious.

Staff did a great job. We had fresh towels delivered with yummy chocolates HOW THOUGHTFUL! Not only that, but the whole experience was amazing. clean, tidy, quiet and very homely.

On arrival the heating was on and nice music playing in the background. Every thing had a personal touch and the breakfast hampers were wonderful.

There isn't much more that we can add to the previous couple of reviews. We loved everything about the cottage but we were particularly impressed by Mark and Kelly's warm welcome, attention to detail and the extra mile they went to to make sure our diverse dietary needs were well and truly catered for. Nothing was too much trouble.

Thank you again, guys, we came away very relaxed and feeling as if we had had a real break away.

We will definitely be back, hopefully next year.

This is the most beautiful and relaxing place to stay, we stayed there 8 years ago for our wedding anniversary and went back for our 23rd this week. The owners are lovely and have made this into the perfect get away spot.

With a fireplace, the two people spa, the awesome gourmet breakfast basket, the beautiful setting. I did not want to leave.

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent 2 day getaway to celebrate our 35th wedding.

The cottages were very spacious and we loved the log fire.

Oh my goodness so much good and fresh food in the breakfast hamper plus in the dinner and picnic one we purchased as an extra. We were happy to cook our bbq dinner hamper and relax in front of the fire.

Great hosts and a lovely area to explore.

Spectacular sunsets topped off a great weekend. We will come back again.

All round great service and beautiful little cabins, and great hampers. I honestly don't think we ever really needed to do anything but relax. Mark and Kelly were so professional, friendly and very helpfull can't fault the place at all. would highly recommend to anyone wanting an easy romantic getaway.

Still can't get over the fact of having a private spa bath under the rainforest in the outdoor/indoor bathroom.

Homely and Romantic ?

If you are looking for the perfect night/s away from the hustle and bustle of the city this is truly the best place to relax and recharge the batteries!

The rooms have everything needed to cook meals, if not plenty of nice cafes and restaurants in the area. The cottage is not far from the lookout for the perfect sunset with your someone special. The rooms have a Spa, fire place and DVD player. You just help yourself to their massive collection of DVDs for the night. Lots of little extras touches too!

And the Breakfast with freshly baked bread was amazing! We had the hot option which was a cook yourself bacon and eggs with everything. Soo yummy! I love fresh bread soo much. It truly was nice to relax and enjoy nature and the comforts of home away from home.

The room was cosy and catered for our every need. The breakfast hampers exceeded our expectations and were so delicious! We even got a special Easter hamper. Our hosts went above and beyond for us!

We just returned from celebrating our 20 year wedding anniversary at Witches Falls cottages. We were looking for something private and unique and we were totally blessed to have found the right place here.

Our time together was quality. You can easily find time to relax and also explore. We asked David and Daniella on arrival for a watering hole. Found a beautiful place to swim in the waterfalls at Cedar Creek following their instructions.

Saw a beautiful sunset across the road whilst having a bottle of champagne. Went to some beautiful restaurants also based on recommendations. Went on a hike across the road in the National Park. Ventured into the quirky main streets of Mt Tambourine....

We ventured up the mountain to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary and chose this amazing place to stay.

It offered everything we wanted and delivered much more.

Our cute little cottage was very private and very well appointed with everything you could want and need . The spa was amazing and the fire place warm and cosy.
Little touches like an umbrella, a torch , and plunger coffee made even more special.

And the breakfast hampers were simply amazing ! And huge !

We had the most relaxing couple of days wandering around the villages , visiting the wineries , brewery, restaurants and cafes.

We will definitely return to stay again.

We had such a fantastic stay here, it was just the perfect getaway!

Our room was so cosy. The outdoor area had a bbq along with a relaxing and large spa bath! David also made the most amazing vegan hampers for us each
morning. The freshly baked bread was delicious and the choice of a hot or cold breakfast basket was a nice surprise.

We loved having the rainforest literally at our doorstep, and this was one of many highlights staying at Witches Falls Cottages. It was the perfect
location for us to switch off and relax for a few days, and we look forward to staying there again in the near future.

We had an amazing and relaxing time at Witches Falls Cottages. Perfect for our mini honeymoon getaway to unwind after the big day.

The service of David and Daniela was exceptional and both the continental and BBQ breakfast hampers were fresh, generous and delicious.

Excellent location and close to everything you need. The separate cottages are wonderful for privacy and it was great to have a fireplace, spa (with private garden) and courtyard/bbq area to add to the relaxing atmosphere.

We will definitely be back.

I truly cannot think of anything negative to say about this beautiful place! We spent a couple of nights in the most relaxing and gorgeous cottage. What a find for us.

We were greeted by Kelly and Mark who were so helpful in explaining the workings of the cottage and what was available to us in town. The cottage was pre-warmed for us when we arrived and the fire was ready to go when we wanted it. Everything we needed was there. The bed was comfy, the lounge room was homely and the kitchenette had all we required.

Breakfast came with the deal and delivered to our door without intruding on our sleep at 8am. Left in hamper baskets and eskys ...it was delicious. The freshly baked loaf of bread was exceptional!

The bathroom was amazing...spa and shower with a glass ceiling and outer walls looking onto a bushland garden and even a green wall next to the spa. Just beautiful. We felt very spoilt in a very private little piece of heaven.! And yet, just outside is the road to the main shops full of restaurants and touristy craft shops...more heaven!

We are so fortunate that Witches Falls Cottages are not too far away from us as we'll be back for sure!! We highly recommend the cottages and as I said...I can't think of anything negative to say! That's got to be a good thing right!! 🙂 🙂

Witches Falls Cottages was truly a perfect getaway. Just a short walk from from a shopping centre and some great restaurants the cottages are in a perfect location- and let's not forget the breathtaking sunset at the nearby lookout. Our hosts, Kelly and Mark, were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast hampers were divine, and so was the cheese platter! All in all, an amazing stay in an amazing place. We will definitely be returning in the future!

We needed a break just to getaway from work and the hustle and bustle.

Found Witches Falls Cottages and they looked amazing. We visit Tamborine Mountain regularly but have never stayed there. We were met by David and he was very helpful and it was great to get detailed information on how to light the fire etc.

There were very thoughtful touches throughout like the small decanter of port, port glasses and some lovely chocolates to enjoy in front of the fire. Heated towel rail in the amazing bathroom.

The breakfast hampers and the BBQ hampers are huge so make sure you bring your appetite. It was great to be able to feed any leftovers to the chickens to thank them for their fresh eggs.

We will certainly be back. The hosts were there if needed but very respectful of your privacy. The premium cottage we stayed in was as pictured on the website. The king size bed was amazingly comfortable.

Very comfortable, relaxing and tranquil spot. Totally recommend this as a romantic getaway.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to distillery and wineries... an amazing rainforest walking trail right across the street... and a beautiful lookout spot just a few meters up the road. David's recommendation of a bottle of wine and a sunset here was spot on, it was a highlight of our trip. Mt Tamborine offers a variety of experiences from walking tracks through rainforest, swimming holes, waterfalls, glowworm caves, wineries and on it goes.

The cottages are a gem near the Witches Falls Track. Beautifully presented with everything you could want including a hamper breakfast, spa bath, wifi, and enough cooking equipment to be self-contained if you desire.

Loved the entire experience and the wonderful hosts were friendly but left us alone to enjoy the peace and quiet unless we needed anything.

Would highly recommend these beautiful cottages for a stay.

Our recent stay at "Witches Falls Cottages" was very relaxing, peaceful and thoroughly enjoyable. The cottage was very clean and well maintained. The interior had plenty of space, but was still quite cosy and comfy.

The breakfast deliveries were a treat... fresh warm bread included! Handy to all on offer, including spectacular views, rainforest walks, waterfalls, shops etc.

Everything was perfect and we highly recommend this accommodation.

I had always wanted to spend a Romantic Weekend at Witches Falls Cottages. So, on our 20th Wedding Anniversary, we did! It was a cold, wet weekend which worked out quite perfectly really. We stayed in and took advantage of the wood fire, cosy cottage, soft bed, Spa Bath and some DVD's. Have you ever sipped port and eaten chocolate in a spa bath...for breakfast? We did! Yummmmm.
